This is the Online Sales Agreement between Blanc Şile Tekstil Ürünleri Satış Pazarlama Sanayi ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and the Customer.
Article - 1
The subject of this agreement is the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale and delivery of the product sold by the seller to the buyer, the characteristics and sale price of which are specified below, pursuant to Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Application of Distance Contracts.

Article - 3
BUYER INFORMATION
All members and buyers who are members of and shop at Blanc Sile Fabrics, the e-commerce store of Blanc Şile Şile Tekstil Ürünleri Satış Pazarlama Sanayi ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Hereinafter referred to as the buyer or customer.)
Article - 4
SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT AND PRODUCT INFORMATION:
The type, quantity, brand/model, colour, number of units, sale price and payment method of the goods/product or service are as stated on the website; these representations may change without notice to the buyer.
Article - 5
GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1 - The BUYER declares that they have read and understood all preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics, sale price, payment method and delivery of the product specified in Article 4, and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
5.2 - The product covered by the agreement shall be delivered to the buyer or the person or organisation at the address designated by the buyer within the period specified in the preliminary information for each product, depending on the distance to the buyer's place of residence, without exceeding the statutory period of 30 days.
5.3 - If the product is to be delivered to a person or organisation other than the buyer, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if that person or organisation refuses to accept delivery.
5.4 - The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product intact, complete, in accordance with the characteristics specified in the order, and together with any applicable warranty documents and user manuals.
5.5 - Delivery of the product requires electronic approval of this agreement and payment of the sale price using the buyer's preferred payment method. If the product price is not paid for any reason or the payment is cancelled in the bank records, the SELLER shall be deemed released from the obligation to deliver the product.
5.6 - If, after delivery, the buyer's credit card is used unlawfully or without authorisation by unauthorised persons through no fault of the buyer, and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the BUYER must send the product delivered to them or to the person or organisation designated in the sales agreement back to the SELLER within 3 business days. In this case, shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
5.7 - If the SELLER cannot deliver the product within the specified period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather preventing shipment or disruption of transportation, the SELLER must notify the buyer. In this case, the buyer may choose to cancel the order, replace the product with an equivalent if available, and/or postpone delivery until the preventing circumstances cease. If the buyer cancels the order, the SELLER shall, within 7 days, initiate the cancellation of the buyer's credit card transaction and the refund of the relevant amount to the buyer's account with the relevant bank, and notify the BUYER by email. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the relevant bank.
5.8 - If products delivered to the BUYER and/or the persons and/or organisations designated by the BUYER are defective or damaged, the relevant product or products shall be sent to the SELLER within 7 days of receipt by the BUYER so that the necessary repair or replacement can be performed under the warranty conditions. Shipping costs shall be borne by the SELLER.
5.9 - This agreement becomes effective after it has been electronically approved by the buyer (following completion of membership registration) and transmitted to Blanc Sile Fabrics.
Article - 6
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer has the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the product to them or to the person/organisation at the address designated by them. To exercise this right, the SELLER must be notified by email within this period, and the product must be unused and its packaging undamaged pursuant to Article 7. If this right is exercised, a copy of the shipping receipt confirming that the product delivered to the buyer or a third party has been sent to the SELLER, together with the original sales invoice, must be returned. Within 7 days of receiving these documents, the SELLER shall initiate a refund of the product price to the BUYER's credit card account with the relevant bank. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for problems on the bank's side in refunding the product price. If the original sales invoice is not sent, value added tax and any other statutory charges shall not be refunded. Shipping costs for products returned under the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER. In addition, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products which cannot be returned by their nature, single-use products, reproducible software and programs, rapidly perishable products or products past their expiry date. For all software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and tapes, computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) and all cosmetic products, the right of withdrawal may only be exercised if the packaging has not been opened or damaged and the product has not been used.
Article - 7
COMPETENT COURT:
For the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent up to the monetary value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, together with the CONSUMER COURTS at the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence. By confirming the order electronically, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement.
